The honourable member very rarely actually listens to answers. Of course, he then asks another question which goes through some of the issues that I just raised in my answer. Just to summarise very quickly for him—my leader would like me to actually continue for another 10 minutes or so—but to summarise very quickly for him, this is a complicated cross-agency, cross-government issue. It goes to private land, crown land, and land in the care and control of local government and other government departments. It is something that is going to need a cross-government approach to actually get a result involving the local communities and involving those four-wheel drive vehicle owners who are doing the right thing and encouraging them to self-police and police other four-wheel drive owners who are doing the wrong thing.</text>
