          <by role="member" id="3130">The Hon. M.C. PARNELL:</by> For the last 10 years, the South Australian Strategic Plan Audit Committee has reported on progress being made against strategic priorities and targets in the state Strategic Plan. This report has been published every two years. The last progress update was in September 2012. The SASP Audit Committee was dismissed sometime last year and its functions have been internalised into the Department of Premier and Cabinet. According to the government strategic plan website, it says:</text>
        <text id="201505058a27835eefb94dc6a0000213">
          <inserted>The Audit Committee was established in 2004 as an independent advisory body to rate the progress against the SASP targets, based on the best information available, and to provide an assessment of target achievability. The Audit Committee produced Progress Reports in 2006, 2008, 2010 and 2012.</inserted>
