          <inserted>1.&amp;#x9;Three male Queensland fruit flies were discovered in a single trap in Hillcrest on Wednesday 26 November 2014. </inserted>
        </text>
        <text id="20150325d049fe75296a42ffb0000613">
          <inserted>2.&amp;#x9;Biosecurity SA informed landholders on 27 November 2014. </inserted>
        </text>
        <text id="20150325d049fe75296a42ffb0000614">
          <inserted>3.&amp;#x9;The pamphlet has been distributed to householders within a 200 metre radius of the detection site in accordance with the national Code of Practice for the management of Queensland Fruit Fly.</inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>4.&amp;#x9;No incidents of maggot infestation have been reported or found. As a result, a fruit fly outbreak has not been declared.</inserted>

          <inserted>5.&amp;#x9;Following the detection, residents were aware of the situation and asked to report any larvae found in fruit. Residences were visited and fruit sampled from fruiting trees to check for larval infestation. An additional 16 traps were installed around the detection site. At this stage no further fly detections have been made and no fruit fly larvae have been found as of 9 December.</inserted>

          <inserted>6.&amp;#x9;In this particular case, we are following an increased monitoring protocol. As the triggers for a fruit fly outbreak have not been met, additional quarantine or movements restrictions are not required. The situation will be closely monitored and, if required, additional measures will be implemented.</inserted>
