HUNTER (Minister for Sustainability, Environment and Conservation, Minister for Water and the River Murray, Minister for Climate Change) (16:01):</by> It is not a problem that I have articulated previously. As I said to the chamber this time and also last year, these issues have been brought to me and my attention by pastoralists. They have been having discussions and have made their opinions known that the current system is not adequate to address all their needs in terms of timeliness, in terms of determinations for stocking, for example, and the appeal process. These things have been brought up with me from time to time and indeed have been brought up with me by the member for Stuart.</text>

That is what we are intending to do. Unless we have a better outcome, I am sure the industry won't support the solution.</text>
