What is the situation and structure for the Pastoral Board, particularly if the parliament is prorogued?</text>

They are learning bad habits from Mr Brokenshire. The other point is—and I will reiterate if people do not want to check the <term>Hansard—</term>it is in the hands of this chamber what happens to that legislation. I have made that point previously and I make it again.</text>
