If that is the case—and I have asked the minister where the third party access bill that they tabled months late last year was without any opportunity to discuss it before the election—where on earth is the third party access bill? If the minister wants me to, I will bring one myself; I am working on it.</text>

It will end up where all her other bills end up, and that is probably informing the government's legislation when it comes in, because she is very good at writing legislation, and I encourage her to give me as many excellent ideas as possible. We are always open to good ideas on this side.</text>

        <text id="20141028883b46b799e04145b0000145">We do not believe that we are the only people who can write legislation and have great ideas. If honourable members like the Hon. Michelle Lensink want to give me advice, I am always happy to take it, although I will not always agree to implement it. In terms of our third party access legislation, I understand that we are in discussions with the commonwealth on that and once we have a response from the commonwealth and we can address any concerns they might have then I will proceed further.</text>
