VINCENT (15:27):</by>  Supplementary: is the minister aware that Ms Esther Simbi is not a post-polio syndrome sufferer but a person who lives with post-polio syndrome? She is a strong advocate and a fierce woman and I think the only thing she really suffers is the ignorance of society and people like the minister.</text>
