<by role="member" id="2742">The Hon. J.M.A. LENSINK:</by> In the debate on the Marine Parks Bill in the House of Assembly on 18 September, minister Brock stated that Liberal members had not provided him with the economic evidence as to why we chose the 12 particular zones. The industry data was outlined in my speech in this place on 21 May. I provided the minister, together with minister Hamilton-Smith and the member for Goyder, with a briefing on 1 July, at which time minister Brock indicated that he had looked at my speech. I am advised that he also had several briefings with stakeholders, particularly from industry, from whom I got the data, which was repeated to him.</text>
