HUNTER (Minister for Sustainability, Environment and Conservation, Minister for Water and the River Murray, Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation) (14:34):</by>  As I said, the department is currently looking at the capital works forward plan to incorporate this refurbishment; therefore, I cannot give him a definite time until they give it to me. Of course, we look at all of our infrastructure, and we stage this refurbishment as it is needed and we set priorities.</text>
