          <by role="member" id="3122">The Hon. I.K. HUNTER:</by>  As I advised the house earlier, that report was handed, via the consultant and Monroe, to the government. The government had an independent auditor look at that report. The government, also through health and the EPA, did their own review of the report and the auditor’s report. They consulted amongst themselves at a senior level. They met, as I am advised, last week (on the 25<sup>th</sup>) and formulated a recommendation that came to government and we have acted on it.</text>
