LUCAS (14:34):</by>  A supplementary question arising out of the minister's answer to my earlier question: given the minister indicates that he and they are acting out of an abundance of caution on the recent test results, why didn't he apply the same principle to the three residents early last year and prior to the state election and relocate or evacuate those three residents who had TCE concentrations greater than two micrograms per cubic metre?</text>

That expert advice came to us and recommended last week that we should offer relocations, and that is what the government is doing.</text>
