          <by role="member" id="3122">The Hon. I.K. HUNTER:</by>  That is exactly right, Mr President, but all I can speak to is the priorities of the government. As I said, despite what the Liberal Party does at a federal level, to hit the most vulnerable, the young, the old, those on pensions, this state government will always prioritise looking after the vulnerable in our community. They are our highest priorities.</text>
