I may have that figure slightly wrong; she was listing quite a few numbers there. I am wondering what exactly constitutes a 'job opportunity' or 'employment opportunity'. Is that someone who is actually now in employment or someone who has support to look for employment? What does that mean in a practical sense?</text>
