Given the minister's assurance that the closure of the office will not affect the high level of service, has that been achieved by the employment of any extra staff in Service SA or any training to those staff to provide the services previously provided by CBS?</text>

But I can absolutely assure the honourable member that the office runs in an extremely professional way, and they always ensure that adequate training is provided to their staff so that they are able to meet their service demands. They are a very professional organisation.</text>
