        <text id="2014060322deac44dad54ab2a0000172">1.&amp;#x9;Whether a claim for reasonable valuation expenses is assessed by an independent assessor, or are they assessed by a departmental officer and, if so, what are their valuation qualifications and recent practical valuation experience?</text>
