        <text id="201311272a5ccbee9cdf47d9a0001683">The House of Assembly agreed to the bill with the amendments indicated by the following schedule, to which amendments the House of Assembly desires the concurrence of the Legislative Council:</text>

            <inserted>(1)&amp;#x9;Subject to subsection (2), the Treasurer must cause the an amount equal to two-thirds of the total royalty paid under the mining Acts that relates to mining operations or regulated activities on Trust Land to be paid to the Trust.</inserted>

            <inserted>One half of the amount paid under this section (that is, one third of the total royalty paid) must be spent improving the Trust Land, or for the benefit of communities living on the Trust Land, where the mining occurred—see section 21(3).</inserted>

            <inserted>(2)&amp;#x9;If the total amount to be paid to the Trust under this section exceeds the prescribed limit in any financial year, the excess is to be paid into the Consolidated Account.</inserted>
