<by role="member" id="3122">The Hon. I.K. HUNTER:</by> What is the concrete action the Liberal Party in this state is offering South Australia? They have secret plans they will not release to the community, secret plans about getting rid of public servants—that is their secret plan. Once again, we remember the concrete action the Liberal Party took when the Hon. Isobel Redmond led that party and told the community what she was planning. What did they do? They necked her—they necked her! She told a truth to the community. The Liberals said, 'That's not the way we operate. We aren't open and transparent with South Australia.' And they removed her; they removed her. That's their definition of concrete plans.</text>
