GAGO (Minister for Agriculture, Food and Fisheries, Minister for Forests, Minister for Regional Development, Minister for the Status of Women, Minister for State/Local Government Relations):</by>  The Minister for Housing and Urban Development has advised that the redevelopment project is not intended to make a cash profit. Revenue from sales for each stage will be reinvested in the next stage. At completion the South Australian Housing Trust will retain assets of a higher value than at project commencement.</text>
