It was an issue that was identified by parliamentary counsel as providing the clarification needed and is consistent with the policy position that we have been pursuing. The Hon. R.I. LUCAS Legislative Council The Hon. R.I. LUCAS: The opposition supports the amendment as consequential to other amendments that we have debated. Since we were advised of it this morning, the member for Davenport has consulted with the Casino. The Casino has taken advice and advised the member for Davenport that they have no objections to it and accept that it is consequential on the earlier amendments as well.
