        <text id="201306051333d2dc7d694a11b0000239">Information received from the Ombudsman indicates that the investigation relating to the sale of the Chelsea Cinema was ceased as the Ombudsman was satisfied that the possible breaches of the Local Government Act were not systemic or endemic issues going forward.</text>
