        <text id="2013060408715bbcf2c34e9580000366">1.&amp;#x9;Four Councils initially took up the offer to purchase recycled water.</text>
        <text id="2013060408715bbcf2c34e9580000367">2.&amp;#x9;Four Councils currently still purchase recycled water.</text>
        <text id="2013060408715bbcf2c34e9580000368">3.&amp;#x9;No Councils have discontinued the purchase of recycled water.</text>
        <text id="2013060408715bbcf2c34e9580000369">4.&amp;#x9;The price charged for recycled water is by agreement between the customers and SA Water and is commercial in confidence.</text>
