I have already outlined the work that has been done around the plan. I have gone into considerable detail talking about—they are currently being consulted on the draft plan before it is finalised. Industry feedback is going to be considered. The government has met with individual associations around that. Various discussions and dialogues have continued with the industry over a number of years. I am just not too sure why the honourable member does not wash out his ears and listen to the information that is given.</text>
