GAGO (Minister for Agriculture, Food and Fisheries, Minister for Forests, Minister for Regional Development, Minister for the Status of Women, Minister for State/Local Government Relations): I have been advised: Section 15 requires the Phylloxera and Grape Industry Board of SA to establish committees to represent each of the prescribed regions. Some years ago the Board made the decision to work with a number of already existing grape grower groups rather than set up new phylloxera committees. The Board has designated these already established groups as being 'established' for the purposes of section 15(1) of the Act.
