For the public record, can the minister confirm that he is categorically saying that New South Wales cut its funding to the Murray-Darling Basin Authority prior to the Labor government in South Australia? We had some heated discussions with New South Wales about that position, but unfortunately they took their decision and flagged further cuts in future years.</text>
