<by role="member" id="3404">The Hon. J.A. DARLEY:</by> On 6 January, the <term>Sunday Mail</term> reported that the Glenelg to Adelaide pipeline, which pumps recycled water from Glenelg to the Adelaide City Council and western and eastern suburbs, is pumping only about 27 per cent of capacity. I understand that there is a capacity to pump 5.5 gigalitres of recycled water each year. However, last financial year, only 1.15 gigalitres was pumped. My questions are:</text>
<text id="20130206d4b3c9f8dce44cd0b0000186">1.	Can the minister advise how many councils initially took up the offer to purchase the recycled water?</text>
<text id="20130206d4b3c9f8dce44cd0b0000187">2.	How many councils currently still purchase the water?</text>
<text id="20130206d4b3c9f8dce44cd0b0000188">3.	If there are councils that discontinued to purchase the water, what reason was given, if any, and was it due to the quality of the water or the price?</text>
<text id="20130206d4b3c9f8dce44cd0b0000189">4.	Can the minister advise how much is charged for the recycled water, including details of whether all customers are charged the same or whether there are differing rates for different customers?</text>
