Will the minister concede that, in the consultation she talks about, the value of an industry working group can be enhanced only if the nominated representatives can provide sufficient information to their sector that allows for well-informed feedback to be provided to that consultation process?</text>

I have already said that this has been an extensive and intensive consultation process involving all sectors. It has gone on for a very long period of time. It has delivered an outcome that some people do not like, and now they want to criticise the process.</text>
