          <by role="member" id="3125">The Hon. R.P. WORTLEY (Minister for Industrial Relations, Minister for State/Local Government Relations):</by>  The Minister for Recreation and Sport has provided the following information:</text>
        <text id="20121030090181e45f274652b0000279">The recent $2.3 million capital development project at the Santos Stadium delivered a new world class track including additional lanes and upgraded the lights and public address system.</text>
        <text id="20121030090181e45f274652b0000280">This project has ensured that Santos Stadium continues to be an International Association of Athletics Federations certified facility.</text>
        <text id="20121030090181e45f274652b0000281">The Minister for Recreation and Sport is aware that additional works are required at the facility to further enhance its capacity to attract events including the development of additional change rooms.</text>
        <text id="20121030090181e45f274652b0000282">To that end the government has provided funding to SA Little Athletics in order to develop a design for new change rooms.</text>
        <text id="20121030090181e45f274652b0000283">The Office for Recreation and Sport will be working closely with Little Athletics and Athletics SA to deliver on this project.</text>
