        <text id="20120904d00a10bb75854e06a0000696">1.&amp;#x9;Tender evaluation panel members' names are not publicly disclosed in order to maintain the probity of the procurement process. By not disclosing the details of tender panel members, the Department for Health and Ageing protects members from undue influence (perceived or actual) from potential respondents in respect of the evaluation of tender responses. Ensuring probity in procurement operations is a key objective of the <term>State Procurement Act 2004</term>.</text>
        <text id="20120904d00a10bb75854e06a0000697">2.&amp;#x9;The tender evaluation panel included people with clinical expertise in drug treatment, non-government contract management and drug and alcohol policy.</text>
        <text id="20120904d00a10bb75854e06a0000698">3.<term>&amp;#x9;</term>Drug and Alcohol Services South Australia were represented on the tender evaluation panel.</text>
        <text id="20120904d00a10bb75854e06a0000699">4.&amp;#x9;An SA Health procurement consultant with tender assessment expertise was available to the panel at all stages. Details of the job titles of the tender evaluation panel are not publicly disclosed in order to maintain the probity of the procurement process.</text>
