        <text id="20120904646924a7f19746ce90000635">I can advise that this family is known to Families SA. </text>
        <text id="20120904646924a7f19746ce90000636">Families SA has been working to support the family and to protect the children, and will continue to do so.</text>
        <text id="20120904646924a7f19746ce90000637">The <term>Children's Protection Act 1993</term> makes clear a set of Fundamental Principles which must be considered as part their determinations for a child's best interests.</text>
        <text id="20120904646924a7f19746ce90000638">In relation to case review and monitoring, the State Government has a range of effective processes in place. In addition, monitoring processes within the Department for Education and Child Development and external bodies working in the public interest are able to review Families SA cases. External agencies include the Office for the Guardian of Children and Young People, the Child Death and Serious Injury Review Committee, and the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner.</text>
