        <text id="201207174931de0fa58f4d62b0000765">In December 2009 Cabinet approval listed 64 outcomes to be retained as social housing from the Woodville West Urban Renewal Project (that will create 425 housing allotments and three shops. 139 land/dwellings will be sold for affordable rental or home ownership and the balance of 225 sold at full market price).</text>
        <text id="201207174931de0fa58f4d62b0000766">This represents the Government's set target of at least 15 per cent affordable housing, including a 5 per cent component for high need housing, in all new significant housing developments.</text>
