        <text id="201205154ac4884c04b742d7b0000410">1.&amp;#x9;As indicated to the Honourable Member during his recent meeting with the Minister for Sustainability, Environment and Conservation, sections 65 and 66 of the <term>Crown Land Management Act 2009</term> do not apply to rents for leases entered into prior to the introduction of the Act.</text>
        <text id="201205154ac4884c04b742d7b0000411">2.&amp;#x9;Furthermore, as the Minister for Sustainability, Environment and Conservation has previously indicated to the Honourable Member, lessees will continue to be notified of their rights under the terms and conditions of their leases.</text>
