Will the minister assure this house that no member of staff in his ministerial office has breached the confidentiality provisions of the Freedom of Information Act by revealing the name of a person making an application for information under the Freedom of Information Act to a number of persons who are not entitled to be provided with that information under the Freedom of Information Act?</text>
