GAGO (Minister for Agriculture, Food and Fisheries, Minister for Forests, Minister for Regional Development, Minister for Tourism, Minister for the Status of Women):</by>  In response to the questions asked by John Darley MLC to the Minister for Industrial Relations on 23 November 2010 the Minister for Workers' Rehabilitation has provided the following information, in addition to the comments in reply made by the Hon. Paul Holloway MLC.</text>
        <text id="20120502bd2d0147ba8341a0b0000324">1. to 3.&amp;#x9;A national survey of return to work outcomes has been running for many years. Despite this, since 2009, WorkCover SA has engaged an independent third party organisation to conduct a local survey of injured workers. The results from this survey are published in WorkCover's annual report and are used by WorkCover's claims management agent to record return to work details at the time a claim is closed.</text>
