GAGO (Minister for Agriculture, Food and Fisheries, Minister for Forests, Minister for Regional Development, Minister for Tourism, Minister for the Status of Women):</by>  The Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation has been advised:</text>
        <text id="20120502aca697566e5c4a6b90000317">1.&amp;#x9;There is no funding agreement in place for the permit and notification system for the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) Lands. However, as agreed with the Department of the Premier and Cabinet, Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation Division (DPC-AARD), APY submitted an invoice dated 30 June 2010, for $30,000 to fund an APY Permits Officer, which was paid on 14 July 2010. This provision was included in the 2011-12 funding agreement.</text>
        <text id="20120502aca697566e5c4a6b90000318">2.&amp;#x9;It was agreed with the Director, Remote Communities, DPC-AARD that the South Australian Government was prepared to pay for the administration of the permits and notifications processes.</text>
        <text id="20120502aca697566e5c4a6b90000319">3.&amp;#x9;I am not aware of any obstruction or interference with the legal services to the APY Executive Board on 5 May 2010.</text>
        <text id="20120502aca697566e5c4a6b90000320">4.&amp;#x9;Mr Chris Malcolm was appointed by the APY Executive Board on 7 April 2011 to undertake the role of General Manager of the Lands on an interim basis.</text>
