What was the skill set and experience that Mr Morris brought to the quite specific role of tourism? Did he have any experience whatsoever in the tourism industry? The Hon. G.E. It is a disgrace that opposition members sit over there and nod off, the dozy lot they are. They sit over there and do not listen at all. They are a complete and utter waste of space. I have just made it very clear, in the answer to this question, as well as in answer to similar questions in the past, that these are matters for the board. They are operational matters; they have nothing to do with government. It is absolutely a matter for the board to identify the skill sets it wants, and what organisational structure that will best meet its purposes is a matter for the board. I think the board and the chief executive are incredibly competent, and they just get on and do the job.
