GAGO: I have already said in this place that it was not an ex gratia payment. In terms of the details of that payment, I am just trying to recall: I believe that it had something to do with administrative costs with the dissemination of material, the posting out of material, or some such. Again, I do not have those details with me. It was of an administrative nature, so I believe. As I said, the owner believed that that function was included in the lease. We had initially argued that it was not. As I said, further advice indicated that we were obliged, in fact, to pay the costs of those administrative matters, which we did.
