        <text id="20120301c31c7179037542f390000522">2.&amp;#x9;I asked to seek information from South Australia Police on the extent of sex trafficking in South Australia and I am advised that it is does not appear to be a major issue of concern for South Australia.</text>
        <text id="20120301c31c7179037542f390000523">3.&amp;#x9;I am also advised that in 2000, South Australia implemented Chapter 9 of the Model Criminal Code as recommended by the Standing Committee of Attorneys-General through Part 3, Division 12 of the <term>Criminal Law Consolidation Act 1935</term> (the Act). The Division targets traffickers at the domestic level and covers conduct that occurs in South Australia.</text>
