They are completely responsible for the hiring and firing of all of their staff, and the way they structure their operations and the day-to-day way that they manage that. The whole of the organisation will be looked at and reviewed by the board. That work has just commenced. As I said, we look forward to seeing what proposals the board put forward in terms of recommendations for the restructure.
