What I am saying is that the review is a national review. In relation to the specific situation arising in South Australia, I am not part of that review. What I do know, though, is that this review is taken around the country and a funding arrangement is made. So, aspects of all the costs, I imagine, will be put into the mix. As I have said, I believe that there will be adequate funding arrangements in the federal arena to accommodate those costs.</text>
