          <by role="member" id="3489">The Hon. R.L. BROKENSHIRE:</by>  Presented a petition signed by 1,568 residents of South Australia, requesting the council to—</text>
        <text id="201202168239e01138b249e390000006">1.&amp;#x9;Support an initiative called Jayden's Law to give mothers and fathers of these much wanted and loved babies the right to obtain a birth certificate for a child who is delivered as a live baby would be, but the delivery has occurred between 12 to 20 weeks' gestation;</text>
        <text id="201202168239e01138b249e390000007">2.&amp;#x9;Ensure that no financial benefit shall arise from the use of that right, nor should the right arise in terminations; and</text>
        <text id="201202168239e01138b249e390000008">3.&amp;#x9;Give parents who love and treasure their babies from conception this right as a means to recognise the child's birth, respect parents' beliefs and bring closure and healing to the family.</text>
