        <text id="20120215098c88032b894a9fa0000365">There are a number of factors contributing to the reduction in the Outback Communities Authority grant payments in 2010-11 compared to 2009-10:</text>

          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">There were a number of one-off grants paid in 2009-10;</item>
        </text>
        <text id="20120215098c88032b894a9fa0000367">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">Payments made through the Regional and Local Community Infrastructure Program—$80,000,</item>
        </text>
        <text id="20120215098c88032b894a9fa0000368">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">Contribution to the Iron Knob Community Park project—$26,000, and</item>
        </text>
        <text id="20120215098c88032b894a9fa0000369">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">Community Drought Assistance payments—$9,000</item>
        </text>
        <text id="20120215098c88032b894a9fa0000370">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">The manner in which municipal support payments were made to the Dunjiba Community shifted from grants to supplies and services in 2010-11. This resulted in a $65,000 reduction in grants.</item>
