          <by role="member" id="3125">The Hon. R.P. WORTLEY (Minister for Industrial Relations, Minister for State/Local Government Relations):</by>  The Minister for Planning has been provided the following information:</text>
        <text id="20120215a733493b47b14e0ca0000336">The Chief Executive has provided an explanation regarding the late tabling of the report. The Department of Planning and Local Government presented the Report to the previous Minister for Urban Development and Planning in the last sitting week of 2010. This did not provide adequate time for the previous Minister to consider and table the report.</text>
        <text id="20120215a733493b47b14e0ca0000337">With the swearing in of a new Minister on 8 February 2011, the report has been updated and the new Minister provided with the report for his consideration.</text>
        <text id="20120215a733493b47b14e0ca0000338">The Department of Planning and Local Government will put in place procedures to prevent a reoccurrence of this event. As Minister, I am satisfied that the matter will be rectified for future reports.</text>
