Particularly in relation to the UK, will the simplicity of the UK system, e.g. eligibility simply on the basis of whether the act is legal and not gambling, be reflected in the South Australian model?</text>

We will work through that process in consultation with the sector. We do not want to be particularly prescriptive. In the UK they have this funding provision that besides not using it for gambling, for alcohol, etc, you are also not supposed to use the funding to embarrass the government. I am not quite sure we will actually go down that path.</text>
