I have; I was down there only recently, and I noticed the disgraceful condition—absolutely disgraceful. I actually mentioned it to the mayor then that it is an unsightly building but, as I have outlined in my response, there are other options available before legislative change. However I am quite prepared, if they want to put a submission to me, to work with the councils.</text>
