As I said, SACOSS is a very sophisticated organisation and has a national identity. If they are saying that they don't have the resources to put together a response in the time frame given, I am sure that if they had requested further time to be able to manage it within their current resources I am sure the IGA would assist. As I said, it is absolutely outrageous to suggest that the government should be interfering in any way, shape or form in this very public, open process.</text>
