Obviously, you are trying to cover up your mistakes by trying to blame the police for not enforcing the law. The reality is that the traders themselves are flabbergasted (which was the word I saw) at the incompetence of this man because they are now subjected to wild scenes in Rundle Mall through the actions of certain preachers, and shoppers themselves have found themselves physically accosted by these preachers.
