<by role="member" id="2742">The Hon. J.M.A. LENSINK:</by> I understand that there is a whole-of-government report to assess BHP Billiton's EIS and supplementary EIS, which is known as the assessment report, which has been prepared by the Department of Planning and Local Government. It includes environmental assessments from SARDI, among other agencies, and discusses a range of other matters, such as the mine site landing facility service corridors and transport infrastructure. My question is: is the minister aware of whether that assessment report has been completed, and when will it be made public?</text>
