What we have discussed is sublease arrangements, so the answer is no, we have not discussed privatisation. I think what the honourable member means, what he is trying to ask me, is about sublease arrangements, and they were in discussions in the lead-up to the budget preparation in relation to cabinet's considerations and discussions.</text>
