WORTLEY (Minister for Industrial Relations, Minister for State/Local Government Relations) (14:26):</by>  I haven't sent a copy of the report to the Director of Public Prosecutions. I am the minister who will make that decision. The Premier thinks it should go there, and that may very well be what happens but, in saying that, I have instructed the Crown Solicitor's department to go through all the material and if there are any allegations of criminal activity that that be referred to the Department of Public Prosecutions.</text>
