When did he receive a copy of the Solicitor-General's advice? 2.	Did the minister consult with the Attorney-General before referring the report to the Crown Solicitor's Office? 3.	Is the government's decision to refer the report to the Crown Solicitor in the face of the Solicitor-General's advice a reflection on the Solicitor-General's advice? The Hon. R.P.
